North Cities Quilt Guild

ABOUT US

We are a non-profit organization. Our guild prides itself on the many quilts we make and donate to charitable organizations . Over the years we have donated many quilts to groups such as H.I.S. House, the Florence Crittenton Center and local hospitals. These quilts are beautifully made by members and our Guild friendship groups.

Our meetings are held monthly on the the fourth Monday of each month, except for December, in the Friendship Hall at the Placentia Presbyterian Church, 849 N. Bradford, Placentia, CA 92870.

The doors open at 6:15 PM for social interaction. The meeting begins at 7:00 PM with the welcome and Guild related announcements. The speaker is scheduled to begin at 7:15 PM.

Following the speaker is the business meeting which include fun events like Show and Tell, Block of the Month, Fat Quarter exchanges, the Opportunity Table , the "50-50" raffle and a "Bits 'N' Pieces" Monthly Block Exchange. We also have a yearly Quilt Challenge for members and sponsor a public Quilt Show in odd numbered years.

There are numerous opportunities for anyone with an interest in a leadership role.
